Trip Safe

For 125 SEK per person, you can purchase Trip Safe when you book your trip. It is an extra safeguard if acute illness or accident prevents you from traveling as planned. Here you can read more about what applies and how to apply for a refund.

Where do I buy Trip Safe?

Travel Protection is purchased at the time of your booking and cannot be added later.

Who is the protection for?

Trip Safe is personal and only applies to the traveler who has purchased the protection. If several people are traveling together, each traveler must have their own Trip Safe to be covered by the protection.

Trip Safe applies if you cannot travel due to:

• Acute illness

• Accident

• Hospital stay

• Serious illness of spouse, partner, child, or other family member in the same household

• Death in the immediate family

Refunds are made against supporting documentation and according to applicable terms. Trip Safe does not apply to planned treatments, examinations, or surgeries that were known at the time of booking. The cost of Trip Safe is non-refundable.

Does Trip Safe apply to Smart, Flex, and Full Flex?

Trip Safe can be purchased when you book Smart and Flex. Trip Safe is included at no extra cost in Full Flex.

What is required for a refund?

• The trip must be canceled at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

• The application for a refund must be submitted no later than 30 days after the planned departure date.

• The application is made via the form on our website.

• Supporting documentation must be attached to the application.

• Upon approval of the application, the ticket cost will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for your booking.
