Traveling with children
At Skåne Aviation, we want both small and large travelers to feel safe, welcome, and taken care of. When you travel with children, we do our utmost to make the journey smooth, if possible – regardless of whether you are traveling with infants, younger children, or teenagers.
Discounts for Children
We want to make it easy and affordable to travel as a family. Therefore, we offer the following:
Infants (0–2 years) - Travel for free.
Children (2–11 years) - Receive a 25% discount when traveling with an adult (at least 16 years old).
Unaccompanied Minors:
Our service for unaccompanied minors is available for all children aged 5 to 17 years.
- For children aged 5–11 years, the service is mandatory.
- For children aged 12–17 years, the service is optional but recommended if the child is traveling for the first time or needs extra support.
If your child is traveling alone, we are happy to take care of them through our unaccompanied minor service. This service is mandatory for children aged 5–11 years traveling without another person who is at least 16 years old. They will be escorted throughout the journey from arrival at the check-in desk until they are met by a person designated by you at their destination.
Booking for Unaccompanied Minors (UM)
Booking is done at the time of ticket purchase. Add a comment under Assistance in the passenger details stating that the trip is for a child traveling alone.
Once availability has been checked, you will receive:

a confirmation of the booking

information about the total price including fees
The “Children Traveling Alone” form must:

be completed

be printed in three copies
-
be brought to the airport
