Reduced mobility & wheelchair
At Skåne Aviation, we want your journey to feel safe. If you are traveling with a wheelchair or other mobility aid, or need support with mobility, we offer free assistance from check-in to boarding.
Book assistance
To ensure we can prepare the best possible help, we recommend that you request assistance at least 48 hours before departure. This can be done at the time of booking or by contacting our customer service.
Important information when booking assistance
Before your trip, you need to be able to handle the following tasks on your own:

Fasten and unfasten the seatbelt

Make your way to the emergency exit without assistance

Retrieve and use a life jacket and oxygen mask

Follow the crew's safety briefing

Eat, take medication, use the restroom, and communicate without help
If you need help with any of the above, you must travel with a companion who can act as your personal security or care assistant.
Assistance at the airport
We recommend that you plan for extra time on the day of travel. Upon arrival at the airport, please contact our staff at the check-in desk and we will assist you further.
