We are currently in an exciting phase of growth and are now looking for dedicated, service-oriented Cabin Crew to join our team. You will play an important part in delivering a safe, professional, and pleasant onboard experience. We want every passenger to feel welcome, valued, and well taken care of in every interaction — both on board and beyond.

Skåne Aviation is the commercial brand behind the operation, while all flights are operated by Frost Air AB, based in Malmö. This means that all operational responsibility relating to the flights rests with Frost Air.

As a Captain at Skåne Aviation, you have the ultimate responsibility for the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations, primarily on our route between Malmö and Stockholm Bromma.

You will lead the crew and ensure that flights are carried out in accordance with EASA regulations, the company’s operations manuals, and the highest standards of airmanship and professionalism.

The role requires strong leadership, sound operational judgment, and the ability to maintain a high level of safety and service in a high-frequency regional scheduled operation.

Your main responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft and crew in accordance with EASA regulations and company procedures.
  • Exercise command responsibility for all aspects of the flight.
  • Lead and coordinate the crew to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
  • Maintain the highest standards of airmanship, professionalism, and operational discipline.
  • Actively contribute to the company’s safety culture through reporting and operational feedback.
  • Represent Skåne Aviation professionally in contact with passengers, ground staff, and operational partners.

Your profile

  • EASA ATPL with a valid Class 1 Medical – mandatory.
  • Experience as a Captain on multi-crew aircraft is considered an advantage.
  • Saab 2000 type rating is considered an advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills and sound flight operational judgment.
  • Excellent flight operational skills.
  • English ICAO Level 5 or higher.
  • Valid and unrestricted EU passport.
  • Ability to lead and work effectively within a professional flight crew.
  • Knowledge of a Scandinavian language is considered an advantage.
