We are currently in an exciting phase of growth and are now looking for dedicated, service-oriented Cabin Crew to join our team. You will play an important part in delivering a safe, professional, and pleasant onboard experience. We want every passenger to feel welcome, valued, and well taken care of in every interaction — both on board and beyond.

Skåne Aviation is the commercial brand behind the operation, while all flights are operated by Frost Air AB, based in Malmö. This means that all operational responsibility relating to the flights rests with Frost Air.

As Cabin Crew at Skåne Aviation, you will work in a single-cabin-crew environment and play a vital role in ensuring both safety and service on board.

Our operation is defined by short sectors and high frequency, creating a fast-paced working environment where structure, professionalism, and a personal touch are essential.

You will be a familiar and important part of our passengers’ everyday journeys and represent the airline in every interaction, from the first welcome on board to arrival at destination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high standard of onboard safety and service
  • Perform safety procedures in accordance with manuals, EASA requirements, and internal procedures
  • Independently manage the cabin in a single-cabin-crew operation
  • Create a safe, professional, and personal onboard experience for our passengers
  • Handle emergencies, first aid situations, and other safety-related matters
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through reporting and feedback

Who We Are Looking For

  • At least one year of experience as Cabin Crew
  • Previous experience in a single-cabin-crew operation is an advantage
  • A strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and customer service
  • Good communication skills and the ability to perform well under pressure
  • A professional, positive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Valid Cabin Crew Medical certification
  • Fluency in Swedish and very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
  • Practical maximum height of 175 cm
  • Driving licence
  • Ability to report to Malmö Airport (MMX) within 90 minutes
  • Completed upper secondary education or equivalent
